| First of all I would get my own test done. Maybe something is going on. Same type of cancer within a year makes the chances of it being environmental way more likely.
Second if they are serious about suing you, keep records, hire a lawyer, a good lawyer is going to file to dismiss and make the chemical company the bad guy, plus they have deeper pockets.
If the EPA or other federal bodies show up, be open and honest with them, if it does go to court you want them to not hate you, because they are seen as creditable.
And try to avoid a jury trial | |
