Is this a message "rows still planting with row(s) commanded off" with a listing of the rows in question? Is it the same row(s) all the time? Maybe a clutch not physically working? Your dealer can make an adjustment to the controller through an address line that will increase the number of seeds that the sensor is allowed to see following a row shutting off, to minimize the warning.
