Not experienced with the small balers, but here is what solved it on the 660/650 back in the day. 1. Tighten the sledge roll clutch, one or two flats on the bolt heads. 2. Weld small rods across the top sledge roll, 4 or 5 of them, to strip hay from belts. Used to do this on brand new ones before we delivered them. Solved the problem in brome an prarie hay.
