More than likely it is interfering with the RTK corrections 900 and 450 are very common frequencies. As Lance said above, the GPS signal is critical to aircraft so that would not be the case. 900 may be better as most 900 ag radios are frequency hopping and can deal with interfearance better than narrow band 450. Also, cellular performs great in these situations too.
