I dont think your too much, but they may wear the middles out faster. If i remember correctly the tester that came with our polaris sportman's only go up to 7 or 8 if i remember correctly.
But as somebody else said, i'm just glad if there is air in all 4 of them. seems like they are always flat. I think i run about 6 or 7 in ours.
