Central WI | just an update. We haven't had time to do much with it as we are still in full swing. But we did change the pre filter.
taking it out in the field I decided to ignore the computer and see if I could even pull the chisel the speed I need (6mph) which is 10th gear. Will it do it, yes, is it lugged down, absolutely. It runs at 1700rpm 16gal/hr and feels like it's going to die. But it does pull it. For some reason it doesn't seem right. These are supposed to be more fuel efficient, more power, blah blah blah.
With a clogged line, will I still use this much fuel? To me it seems we would run lean. Or is it really running lean but the computer misinterpreting it?
Anyway, it's is going in after we are done with this last push. I will update. | |
