You could very well have a dodgy co-ax cable or even GPS antenna, just because you see satellite numbers doesn't mean all the info is geting through. Baseline distance can be an issue, though a longer initialisation time is mostly the visible result there. Mositure in the Ag25 antennas will do this too. Swap these things if you can to see if thet changes anything.
