I know you can run the terrain analysis on smart rectangle maps so that covers Ag Leader, JD, CNH, PP, etc. If you're going to use it, first go to the tree and right click on the operation (Planting, spraying, etc) that has the best elevation data (most accurate GPS) and choose Regenerate 3d Grid. Then head to the analysis wizard and run the terrain analysis for that field. You can save the result to the tree and do anything you want with it like other maps with all the new attributes. All those can be viewed in 3D, use to compare % slope to yield data, I normally like to look at the drainage area map.

I'll try to answer specifics if you have any past that. Past the usual printing of yield maps and soil types, terrain analysis is probably the next place I go for information. The WM unlock is for planning tile placement right now, all of what I said earlier is available for anyone w/ Advanced.
