Sounds like the owner is getting the best deal ? getting a 3rd ,wow . How many cuttings do you get up there ? There is more cost than just buying a big baler, up-keep is not cheap either, even when you get a low time baler, I go thru my 2 4x4x8 balers every spring and fix anything that may need it. I would try to rent one first to test the waters . Here there are lots of big balers , so I am sure there are some to rent, not sure of where you are. Good luck with your venture, just remember to not to shoot yourself in the foot.
