Calling me a liberal, now that there is funny.  You asking Garvo if he is farming the government after you promote free silage via crop insurance is also funny.  However, the government does promote making silage on disaster corn as kind of a "livestock disaster program".  That "free silage" (if total disaster) has the same nutritional value as corn stalks after the grain has been harvested so really isn't any freer than in any other year.
