| When I was younger, as in my 20's. I worked a 12 hour night shift job;3 days a week. I always stayed up on my first day off to get me back around to a "normal" shift. Farming season I could make it about 3 days without any sleep but to do this I could not eat anything or I was out. I drank lots of sweet tea and pop but that was it. It took all my energy to focus on what I was doing those days but it got it done. Now that I am older, 40's, 16 to 20 hours is a long enough day but I still rarely sleep more than 4 to 6 hours ever. If I do I have a nasty headache which can turn ugly and I get a migraine so I avoid that.
