southern MN | Thing is, a coop elevator is less than a mile from my driveway to the left.
The non gmo place is 25 miles to my right, and they seem to want to tell me when I can bring in the corn.
So, I need to arrange hauling, and store age.
And then get the check when they want to write it, not when I might need it.
Its a good deal, don't get me wrong. But I don't see where I get near 70 cents return on the non gmo, or even 40 cents. As weed control can get a little interesting with nongmo, a bad year and you can lose some yield.....
It's a good deal, but not always a great deal.
