Theodore, Saskatchewan | Not sure about corn and beans. But crops I put in the mud had trouble with soil compaction shallow rooting and poor nutrient uptake. Has both worked and failed. Needs to be spoon fed nutrients and hope for rain to continue or plant dries down before filling. I like plants that drive roots deep early then get the rains. But we do what we can.
