Southern IA | gee, government mandated use of an inefficient fuel to inflate demand/price for a food/feed commodity, direct payments, crop insurance subsidies, I'm guess a bit of that free flowing government cash flows right into the Dawn piggy bank. Farming ain't what it used to be, I don't remember Paul Harvey referencing AutoSteer and 90' planters, or renting ground out from under your neighbors either. Ag is a lot different and Dodge and Case did a pretty good snow job to get everyone talking about their product because they think they still associate with a lifestyle that our industry long ago abandoned. | |
