East Central Illinois / West Central Indiana
End user tech support for customers: (855) 4AFS-HELP or [email protected]

24/7 customer support that can walk you through tech problems or discuss if systems will work together. Case and its dealers (well most of them) don't just dump stuff on the market for the sake of getting sales. They have a good support network for dealers and customers and truly want to provide a product to fit your needs. Technology related problems can be some of the most frustrating to diagnose and fix and sometimes problems come up that are harder to fix than others. There are also times when one person will have a problem that no one else is having ... its happened to my customers. Sometimes I can figure it out right away and sometimes it takes calls and email to my support sources. The only time I have gotten stuck in the feedback loop you are talking about is when 3rd party systems come into play ... like mixing Case and Deere displays.

None of that is a substitute for the dealer and customer taking responsibility for the systems they selling/buying. Case does a pretty good job standing behind their products and they are improving their training and support resources for dealers and customers every day.
