thing that cooks my cookies there kyle,is the buck passing between the company and the dealer,if there is a problem it's stuck in this continous feedback loop,and, the endless excuses for something i was told and paid for to work.and if i hear one more time "well nobody else is having that problem"i swear it's going to get ugly.as for the original posters situation it sounds like a case of he said, she said.and i for one have been party to a saleman telling me or letting me that believe that something will work to get the sale,i know  it sounds hard to believe,but true
