Yes guys you are all correct. The 700 can do a million things just takes 20 steps to get it to do it. Just seems a little cumbersome for something that seems so simple. When companies brag up tech and still dont have it right pisses me of. As customers we all do way to much r and d sometimes.

There was assumption on both sides that it should be easy since all was like branded and just needed proper unlocks. Matt has told me that today still cant order that sprayer with the capability. All done I suppose and are your beans up?

So you are mad because your dealer made an assumption and you purchased something without checking to see if it would actually work? I haven't been on AgTalk very long but I am already sick of people complaining about this system or that system because it wont do something that a dealer said it would but the company making it said it wouldn't. Case does not hide the fact that there are certain implements that still cannot be controlled. In a perfect world you could plug any display into any system and go ... but that isn't going to happen any time soon. CNH is a huge company and it takes time to move everything to one standard. Until that standard is reached there are tech support options for the dealer and for the customer to call to verify if systems will work together.

Sometimes there are also bugs in the system, I run into them all the time. Everybody wants every display to do everything and that is a huge demand. Case sometimes claims release dates for new capabilities and then misses those dates (AccuControl anhydrous control comes to mind). It takes a long time to write software for the displays and then test it in field conditions. No matter what Case or any other company does, the responsibility falls to the dealer and the customer to do the research and make sure a specific system will meet all of the customer demands before selling/buying specific systems.

As Torn said, you can control this sprayer with AccuControl (Trimble Field IQ but controlled with a Case display) but it will require unlocks and additional hardware.
