Subject: berming on headlands is a problem

i run a 765b with 16/30 caseih 1250. was running a front wheel drive last year with the planter and before that had a cat 765 pulling a 16/30 kinze. i want to plant with a track machine but once again i am going back to a wheel machine to pull planter. the berming no matter how careful you turn is there. if is wet and you have to turn sharp for potholes or short rounds you will tear the hell out of the headlands. it just ain't worth the aggravation to me anymore, i tried it a couple times and it just is too big of a PIA. i liked the track machine for running straighter with rtk when planting and i think the wheeled tractor is more of a problem for pinch rows then people think pulling center fill planters but when i come back with same track machine and side dress 28%, it really takes out the corn on the headlands and just don't satisfy me.
