the american farmer raised crops at below COP, the government made sure of that, AND THEN SUBSIDIZED BACK TO THE COP SO THEY COULD AT LEAST PAY THE BILLS UP ENOUGH TO GET TO TRY AGAIN THE NEXT YEAR.
ergo, livestock sector had access to feed that was produced below COP, and the government subsidized back to the COP so that supply was always there
WTH do you think pulled this country back into prosperity THRU THE 90'S AND 00'S, CHEAP FOOD AND ENERGY POLICY OF THE 80'S
