Standard or PWM EMD? PWM EMD should be set as valve type PWM - Close. This will turn off the EMD when the control signal is absent. A standard EMD should be set as valve type C - F (fast valve). A standard EMD turns off when the 12 vdc boom enable signal to the EMD is turned off.
