Had this problem many times before on three different sprayers. Even though internal memory was less than half full, it throws this error after spraying several hundred acres under one field. For big farms with small individual fields, this is becoming a big problem. Many keep spray records using the "farm" as a "field". If anyone figures it out, post it and let us know.
