Winkler, Manitoba Canada | Not really sure why open centre hydraulics for steering are an issue. I have a 976 Versatile and a New Holland TR99 combine auto-steering with open centre valves. I also have a Valtra that uses a closed centre load sensing steering system on an open centre hydraulic system, just like Steiger did for many years. While I have not put an autosteer valve on this tractor I think that it would not be a problem. Lots of options to make your open centre JD's steer hydraulicly. | |
