If you adjust like this, it may be necessary to adjust the rotation cylinder as well. It is adjusted by threading the clevis end in or out on the cylinder ram. If the adjustment of the cylinder, and the rollers in the lower frame track do not "agree" with each other, it can put the post in a bind, and can result in abnormal wear of the post pads.
