| Been there done that, on both landlord and non-landlords and going above the call of duty is key. I wouldn't start providing any service type work as compensation that they will come to depend on like mowing, landscaping, yard clean-up etc., but I do offer monetary compensation. For a garden, a minimum of $1000-1500 because its likely fare given all their hardwork putting it out, and i usually don't hear anymore about it at that rate. | |
