I can see a pressed bale in the background of your pic. Are these guys using that hay straight away cause if that is being baled right after you have windrowed it I can guarantee it will burn, a lot of header windrowed failed crop hay here that was not conditioned (crimped) lit up after a few weeks. Wheaten hay has to be the right moisture unless they are silage wrapping it.
Very dry here in Australia too, we should be all planting right now ,it is not a good start to our crop season , what your doing there brings back bad memories of bad years , this year is certainly shaping up to be one so far.
