A good half hour on the phone with a precision tech got it going. The 20/20 does seem very amazing with only one day's use. For instance, I set the vac gauges at 21 lbs. The 20/20 reported the vac at 18. I turned it up and all but eliminated skips and doubles. I also found out that the Case planter's accuracy gets better the faster you go. 5 mph and 6 mph were much better than 4 mph.
