We had a 790 chopper and liked it alot. We had a 2 row corn head and chopped a 12ft swath of alfalfa. 1st cutting was a little slow going, but 2nd and 3rd cutting were sometimes too light. I think the 790 was rated at least 150 pto hp. We had H&S wagons.
