Ok, I have to admit that we measured one of our fields incorrectly. :-) It was actually 14.5 not 12 so what I thought was a 1 acre buffer really wasn't. We measured this field with satellite imagery and estimated where the landlord was going to install a new fence, we got that wrong. So after I posted I went and looked at my Raven spray controller, we applied 3 gallons more than the recipe called for on 37.5 acres. I guess that isn't too bad.
