NE SD | I do not know what to tell you either. One thing I do know is there is own hell of a profit at these prices so I think you have to sell some. I am about 30%cash sold at average cash price of 4.50. I have Dec, 4.70 puts on another 30% at a cost of about .27. I know everthing you read and hear is it will go higher and its only feb yada yada yada. I believe some of it but don't do your marketing based on what you read on this site or you would never sell anything. In simple terms I believe when corn is at 3.50 yes there is room to go much higher but when its 5.00 dollars I just don't feel there is a lot of upside left unless severe crop shortage.
I also though this about wheat and that proved me wrong. | |
