Butterfield, MN | The update should be a self-extracting file, so you just download it and run it, and it will give you the option of where to extract it. Just extract it directly to your USB drive. Your Envizio Pro will have the version showing if you tap on the i icon in the upper right corner of the home screen. If it's more than a couple years old, it's likely that you have version 2.3 or older. You'll need to call your dealer or call up Raven to get an additional update unlock, since they updated the version of Windows OS along the way, and they need to keep track of it, even though it's still free. If you do need this, it will tell you when you try to run the update. If you want to call Raven, I'd recommend doing it EARLY in the morning this time of year, or you can always use the Ask an Expert feature on the website and ask. If you decide to write in, make sure you save yourself some time by having all the info you need when you write the first time. Get the Machine ID and Validation code from the special features registration section from the updates page. | |
