Rivers, MB | If signed contract was for January delivery and they are not taking it in January, are they in default of the contract. I've never looked at the fine print on our contracts but in theory that's the way it should be. They can't have it both ways. Either take delivery or release from contract and sell elsewhere for more money. Are you having trouble moving CWB grain as well? CP or CN ?? | |
