| Union labor? really? I would guess the demand for contractors to build so many plants at a given time has strained their ability to the limits. If you were a contractor and had more business that you could handle, just how competitive would your bid be? And please consider the increase in steel prices as well.
The costs of building have greatly increased along with the higher corn prices have made investing less attractive. Many proposed plants will not come to fruition. | |
