Don't know about Integra, but on FMX, it has a setting of MAX gallons per acre, so no matter what speed, (in your case 19 gpa it is) so you just need to set the max gpa to a higher number and then you are good to go.
monitor could also be set to manual pressure, then just drive at speed needed to get gpa desired
