I've only spent a very little bit of time in a 6430 but I didn't like it. The ride suffers because of the short wheelbase, and I absolutely hated the position of the loader controls right next to your right leg. IMO the normal console crowds leg room enough, and the loader control mount is in a place where there isn't room for it.
