Subject: trash plugging

Scottville, 49454 Northwest Michigan
Doesn't look like this tool would be able to go through much trash. Trash like wheat stubble and corn stalks.

Would this tool be able to work through the trash of a field of corn or wheat, chisel plowed the fall before? We use a disc-chisel-disc tool in the fall. It leaves the field fairly level. So we wouldn't have much in the way of ridges that would need to be leveled. But with the close spacing of the shanks on that tool, I worry that it would plug up with stalks and/or straw.

Thanks for your reply.
