No don't be sorry at all  !! This has been a tremendous learning opportunity that I wanted to under take anyhow.  I've always said I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. Your help and guidance has been most appreciated and your walk through up to this point has helped me better understand what is going on and allowed me to gain some confidence in doing these things. 

I still think I am much better off learning how to do a complete recovery from scratch before it is needed than being in a big jam some night if things crash and burn and don't have a clue where to start on doing a recovery.
