Yes we first plow here in the Netherlands than in the winter forze the argil after the winter the ground is little fine round, in the first weeks of March than we do as usual 2 times seedbed prepetation. This is for the best result!
Always (if you can) plow your ground! or spading your ground, but here in the Netherlands Plow the ground and spading the rounds for the best result in harvesting.
