Pleasant garden nc
Sorry my question was never really asked. My question was. Are the floater tires driving over some of this corn going to hurt more than help? P and k was spread in the fall. I also put in row starter on the seed. One gallon carried with 4 gallons of water. Best friend is a sales rep for this company and I tried it.

I will build or buy a side dress rig with coulters for next year but they are un heard of in these parts. This is a sandy loam soil. About 10 inches on top with a blue gumbo clay under it that is impermeable. Most land here will not perk for a septic system unless it is red clay. Hence why it never really dries out unless we get in a drought. Ed was right. Coulter in front of double discs.
