Yes, no luck there. I got a sheet from case that explains how to set it up and that hasn't worked either. Had a container with liquid in it. Rate set. It said something about a prescription under the tab Rxsetup. Tried to make changes. Can change most things but the window "prescription" only has "none" in it and I can't change it.
