Brinkley, Arkansas | If I were you I'd have someone that knows what they're doing take a look at the undercarriage. You can run into a lot of $$$$ if it needs to be rebuilt.
I've basically done the same thing you're thinking about. Last spring I bought a Komatsu PC200 from a local guy who was upgrading his hoe. So far I've done over $10,000 of work on my own farm and hired out another $6000. Knock on wood....I've only put a couple batteries on and repaired the exhaust pipe. I'm probably going to sell it but there always seems to be some work for it to do. People seem to come up with jobs for you when they see the hoe working. I've joked that all I have to do if I want some custom work it park it on a different farm and the neighbors will be calling. My wife tells me its too big a "toy" to keep around but I'd sure be lost now without it.
