ncks | I am posting on husbands name, but I too, am a transplant from the city life. First Denver, then, Des Moines, and finally Topeka. I came out to North Central Kansas to teach, never thinking I would meet my farmer and get married. I have grown to absolutely love it and I embrace the lifestyle. It does take time, but look for the blessings in farm life...they are all around us! Love the fact that you have chickens...us too! | |
