You can come to the conclusion that they are significant. Significance is significance. Sample size is included in the Analysis of Variance. A larger sample size will give you more degrees of freedom, allowing a smaller difference to be significant. You need a huge difference when you only test with a few samples. Hundreds or thousands of samples, the differences can be much smaller if there is little variability between samples.

I've read dozens (maybe hundreds) of peer-reviwed scientific articles and I've rarely (likely never) seen all of the "raw data." Even then, most of us couldn't do the statisitcs on the data.
