How did you request the PT2 analysis? I just did a quick look on the Midwest Labs website and didn't see anything called PT2.
I would be very surprised if your PT2 #s actually represent that total elemental levels in your soil... the total K level should be much higher... > 10,000 ppm
most Midwest soils contain 10s of thousands of lbs of elemental K in the plow layer.
