Yep already had 2nd hard drive and Acronis 2013.

Had good experiences doing that in past with XP machine cloning the complete drive. When I had a failure and had to do complete re install.

As dpilot83 said the stupid Dell encrypted partitions prevented Acronis from cloning the drive.
