Subject: RE: 1790 12/24 with 15" row cleaners

good question, natelefty,
I'm looking into it also with my 1200, 12-23, no real good answers so far, I'm going to use yetter shark tooth, if I put them on all units when doing beans I will have to go with the narrow units, not sure I want a narrow unit when doing corn, Problem I see having when I put them on for beans is the windrow effect and doing this will raise my grain table up of the ground when come to harvest, leaving a cpl inch of steam, may not seam like a problem, but just went threw a hail storm last yr . podded 2inch off the ground and plants was less then 15 inches tall, what a mess, currently the corn root balls keep me from cutting less then than 2 inches (no till). Tried to get yetter to let me experiment with a cpl row unit so I would know what would work in this region, The company is getting big, just wants to sell units.
Any Ideas?
