In the process of downloading the ISO from that link. It is taking quite a while but hopefully it will complete and I can burn to DVD.

Install new drive hit F12 and and attempt to load Windows 7

At that point I should be able to use the Dell driver disk with appropriate drivers? I looked at Dell online and downloaded my service code but I did not see the drivers for my video card listed and saw some references to Windows 8 stuff. At this point I think I should download what was shipped with computer and then update once it is installed.  

It looks like the same sort of roadblocks have been set up with Office 2013 as far as being able to backup or get hard copies of the discs.

Will advise if I run into additional issues ( I fully expect to)
