John, I'm afraid of clover because of its potential as slug habitat. Most every time I've killed and drilled beans into clover the slug pressure has been too much. I think it comes down to eliminating the green bridge and underseeding clover in wheat won't allow for that unless I kill the clover out after wheat harvest, and I'm still not sure how well that will work.
