Then claim that "organic" produced crops are more "sustainable" than conventionally produced crops even though manure was used that was produced from livestock fed conventionally produced grain grown with commercial fertilizer sources

No, it's not OK, and none of the organic farmers I know use non-organic manure.
What the USDA NOP allows for industrial organic operations is a sham and should not have the "organic" label in my opinion.
