I rub "extra virgin" olive oil on both sides of the steak, then grind on some pepper, add some Lawrey's or Italian Pleasoning, rub those in, put some chopped onions on top while on the grill... Cook longer at a bit lower heat so the olive oil doesn't burn off.
Getting hungry just thinking about the last ones I did like this.
