Wow, I don't know what to say. That is a tough row to hoe.
I'd think I'd want to liquidate all that little stuff that is valuable to the right person and not to most. The big stuff is easy. But I don't think I'd waste too much time on it, since it seems time with your friends and family has become to most important thing you've got at the moment.
